We love introducing people to the power of yoga. In our busy, hectic lives, it is so important to take the time to unwind, slow it down, and bring the focus within.   No previous yoga experience is necessary for most of our classes, and flexibility is not prerequisite. We will help you get flexible and feel fantastic inside and out.

YIN YOGA with Birgit Nilson or Leanne Zdebiak-Eni

Yin Yoga is a quiet practice that uses long held floor postures to stimulate the connective tissue that forms our joints. Each class will target problematic areas of the body such as the lower back and spine, hips and upper legs. This practice helps to restore the natural range of motion in the joints and offers the potential to release some of the body’s deeper holding patterns. The focus is less on fitness and more about slowing down and connecting with your body-mind. Mindfulness techniques will be introduced. All levels are welcome.

Yin Yoga takes place Mondays 7:15-8:30pm (starting Sept 11th) and Fridays 8:00-9:00am (on now).

HATHA FLOW YOGA with Megan Tomlinson

Stretch, bend, breathe and relax.  By increasing flexibility, your body will move better and feel much happier.  Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels and abilities. And guess what?  You DO NOT have to be flexible to come to our yoga classes!

“Ha-tha” translates from Sanskrit to English to mean “sun-moon”, eluding to the two polarities in the human body. In this practice, we will move through some of the more basic Hatha yoga asanas (postures) while weaving in basic yogic breathing practice (pranayama) and yogic philosophy. You will leave with a greater sense of balance and well being in both the physical and energetic bodies.
Hatha FLOW takes place on Wednesdays 7:00-8:15pm (starting September 6th) and Sundays 9:30-10:45am (on now).
 

Morning FLOW with Birgit Nilson

Start your Monday and your week right! This flow class will focus on quality transitions between postures, and awareness of breath and mind. We’ll take the time to slow down and deepen your yoga practice.  This class is suitable for beginner – intermediate yogis. Please remember: Your body does not need to be flexible to take part in our yoga classes! Let’s start from where you are.
Mondays 9:15-10:15am

Fusion FLOW with Leanne Zdebiak-Eni & Jessica Wittman

This popular class  gives you the best of three worlds!  A sweet symphony of core focused Pilates and yoga moves and traditional fitness, blended with awesome music that will keep you moving and motivated. We always finish with a sublime stretch and relaxation.  Drop-in or use your punch card, all levels welcome.  No previous Pilates or yoga experience required.

You will leave this class feeling balanced, strong, stretched out, and calm.

Tuesdays 4:45-5:45pm (5pm-6pm starting Sept 5th) , Thursdays 9:15-10:15am and Saturdays at 10:30 am (starting Sept 9th)

Coming Fall 2017…Iyengar Yoga with Traci Skuce!

Traci will teach Foundations of Iyengar Yoga on Wednesdays from 9:15-10:30am starting September 6th. We know this will be a very popular registered class. CLICK HERE to sign up now!

In this beginner level, registered Iyengar Yoga class, you will learn the basics that are necessary to facilitate healthy yoga development.  You will learn proper alignment of your body to help improve your mobility, strength and flexibility.  You will feel open, strong and energized!

Join Jessica Carter (who prefers to go by “Carter”) twice a week this fall!
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:10 – 12:55pm starting September 12th.
Get energized on your lunch break!  Connect to your body and breath, with core and yoga inspired moves seamlessly connected into a beautiful flow.  You’ll feel strong and stretched, without a lot of sweat.  Go back to work ready to rock the rest of your day!
