At Studio IPF, our group fitness classes are flexible and FUN! Different formats will help you achieve your specific goals. You can become an IPF Member, drop-in or purchase a 10 class punchcard for all IPF Group Fitness Classes.
For all Group Fitness classes, (except Sculpt Flow), clean, indoor running shoes are required. Click here to see the current IPF Class Schedule.
The evidence is in. High Intensity Interval Training helps reverse aging processes!
At IPF we call it Fun Interval Training, and it’s a short, sweet 45 minute class. We will use a variety of high intensity training techniques like Tabata, circuit training and more, to work your cardio and your strength. It’s quick, it’s extremely effective, and it really is FUN!
Mondays 5:00-5:45pm with Coach Paula

Fridays 9:15-10:00am with Coach Leanne and/or 5:15-6:00pm with Coach Liz

You’ve heard it before…muscle is KEY to maintaining good body structure, posture and health. Strong muscles allow you to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle and they look great too!
This unique strength training class with Birgit Nilson, will make your body strong and centered from the inside out, as you recruit your core to flow from one movement to another. Use a variety of weights and equipment as well as a blend of techniques taken from fitness, pilates and yoga.
Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm with Birgit
TRX Training takes place in IPF Room 2, 1255 D Cliffe Avenue. (enter from the 12th Street side of our current building location).
Please bring appropriate running shoes and clothing, your yoga mat and water bottle.These classes take place rain or shine, so please be prepared.
