Group Fitness at IPF

At Studio IPF, our group fitness classes are flexible and FUN! Different formats will help you achieve your specific goals. You can become an IPF Member, drop-in or purchase a 10 class punchcard for all IPF Group Fitness Classes.

Rise & Rock 6am Boot Camp

Don’t let the words Boot Camp frighten you! Our Rise & Rock instructors make this class fun and adaptable to ALL levels of fitness!  If you’re too busy to exercise, we have the solution! Squeeze your workout in before work!
This class brings in fun drills, skills and games to get your sweat on!  You’ll work you’re total body, and you’re done by 7am!  Join Coaches Tina and Liz Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6am.

The evidence is in. High Intensity Interval Training helps reverse aging processes!

At IPF we call it Fun Interval Training, and it’s a short, sweet 45 minute class. We will use a variety of high intensity training techniques like Tabata, circuit training and more, to work your cardio and your strength.  It’s quick, it’s extremely effective, and it really is FUN!

Mondays 5:00-5:45pm with Coach Paula

Thursdays 5:00-5:45pm with Coach Liz or Coach Tina

Fridays 9:15-10:00am with Coach Leanne and/or 5:15-6:00pm with Coach Liz

Saturdays 8:30-9:15am with Coach Paula

You’ve heard it before…muscle is KEY to maintaining good body structure, posture and health.  Strong muscles allow you to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle and they look great too!

This unique strength training class with Birgit Nilson, will make your body strong and centered from the inside out, as you recruit your core to flow from one movement to another. Use a variety of weights and equipment as well as a blend of techniques taken from fitness, pilates and yoga.

Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm with Birgit

TRX Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer allows you to train movement.  It’s extremely effective, and very fun! If you want to gain total body strength fast, come try TRX!

TRX Training takes place in IPF Room 2, 1255 D Cliffe Avenue. (enter from the 12th Street side of our current building location).

Outdoor IPF

Studio IPF is taking it outside, with OUTDOOR IPF! Join us for super fun, total body Bootcamp style workouts, in a variety of locations around the Comox Valley.  All levels of fitness are welcome to join!

Please bring appropriate running shoes and clothing, your yoga mat and water bottle.These classes take place rain or shine, so please be prepared.

$59+gst  IPF Members, this is included in your membership! (but please register to hold your spot!)

We appreciate that your runners are clean and limited to indoor use, as the studio is a multi-use facility.
