Dance Fitness at IPF

Bringing dance into your workouts will add a sense of fun, freedom and flow, that you just don’t get from traditional fitness.  If you like music and movement, give our you Dance Fitness classes a try. No previous formal dance training required!

Bellyfit®

Imagine a high-energy dance fitness class, designed by women, for women! This is Bellyfit® – the world’s leading holistic fitness class.  Bellyfit® is a fun and fresh combination of dance moves inspired by Bellydance, African dance Bhangra and Bollywood plus an intelligent infusion of yoga and pilates.  In the first half hour of the class, burn mega calories, relieve stress and get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn, cardio moves.  During the second half of the class, enjoy sculpting, toning and tightening with Pilates inspired core work, a deep yet relaxing Yoga inspired stretch and mindful Mudra Meditation.  For women only, Bellyfit® is on the leading edge  mind/body/spirit group exercise.  It’s got everything you need from a workout in just one hour!  Please bring clean runners, your water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one.

Time will fly by as you join Jessica Wittman for this fun dance fitness style class.  Zumba® exercise classes are ” fitness-parties ” that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Come celebrate with us, and join Jessica Wittman Saturdays at 9:30am!  Please bring clean runners and your water bottle.

 

IPF Barre Workout

Are you ready to raise the “barre” on your fitness level?  Barre Workouts are one of the hottest fitness trends for 2016!  This amazing workout combines exercises and techniques from ballet, fitness, strength training, Pilates and Core Conditioning. Your body will love trying something new, as you get toned, strong and streamlined!
This class is done in bare feet.
Join Chantal on Wednesdays at 5:00pm for the Barre 45 class. (Starting July 5th, this class will be from 5:30-6:30pm)  NEW!  IPF Pilates Barre Fusion, Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm

Taught to amazing music, Bellyfit Flow™ is a seamless, slow, intelligent fusion of traditional fitness, Yoga and Bellyfit’s signature dance elements. This is a barefoot class. Please bring your yoga mat and sign up through Mind Body. Use your punchpass, IPF Membership or drop in!

This is a Holistic Fitness Journey. Expect a soul lifting, body rockin’ fitness class, bringing together our local community to support a great cause.
